What an amazing time this is to be writing.  I hope you are all doing well this winter.  Happy New Year and a belated Happy Holidays!

The past few months have been exciting with the major world economic events and the presidential election of Obama. And for me locally the weather has been wild with all the snow falling and the flooding…wow! 

Things are starting to settle a bit now. The beautiful Whidbey Island retreat house has finally sold.  I loved that special healing place, but it was a rental and I knew the time would come to let it go.  My girlfriend Sandy and I are now living full time in our cozy Seattle studio. We are keeping our eyes open for another healing retreat place to enjoy and share with all.  Here is hoping for some magical abundance and dreams come true.    

Have you been feeling deeper feelings lately?  It seems like the past few months, I have been experiencing some deep levels of fear and anxiety.  Sure, I can sense the world events and mass consciousness issues amping up, but I think there is more going on now. 

Today, I am coming into physical and emotional realties much more deeply.  I can feel the energies in my legs, knees, and feet acting up as well as my stomach aches, head aches, energy aches and so forth.  As I come in, I also notice and feel unique levels of what “has been.”  I am feeling old cellular programs, past memories, pieces of ancient information, and other energies from the now that are based in the old ways. 

I think a lot of us are coming into our realities more deeply now and looking at the way things have been.  And we are sensing and feeling in new and deeper ways.  This is a normal process of our individual and collective waking up. 

When I become present to what “has been,” I sometimes react.  Life has been brutal at times, and the old ways seem prehistoric now.  It is sometimes hard for me to keep from judging.  Yes, I still have a few perfect pictures of how I would like the world to be.  Accepting what is and what has been can be tough when I sense the pain and suffering so easily within and around me. 

I consciously pray, meditate, and tune in for divine help and guidance.  I access divine wisdom and love in much deeper ways now.  These new levels of love and compassion truly help me to be here.  And from within the field of love and compassion, I have been accessing some new levels of wisdom. 

As I continue to come in more deeply, I am reminded that there is so much more to this process of coming in.  I am seeing that when I come in, I am more than what I am sensing.  I am the divine energy that is coming “in.”  

This awareness of being the divine energy that is coming in is life changing.  It is amazing to sense “me” moving, stirring, flowing, and coming “in” to my human reality.  Yes, I sometimes react when I come into trauma and terror energies, but what is important is that I am more than what is here.  I am more than my primal instinctive reactions.  I am more than what I have created from fear-based reactions.  I am the divine being that is coming into this reality.  I am the divine pulse coming “in.” 

When I remember who I am, as I come in, then I am able to differentiate myself from my senses.  I am able to differentiate myself from my reactions.  I am able to differentiate myself from everything that is and has been. When I come in and differentiate my divine self from what is and what has been then I become a clear, conscious and aware divine presence in everyday life.       

The acceleration happening on our planet at this time is our awakening to our divine pulse and spirit essence within our human reality of what is and what has been.   

We are all divine beings coming into human form.  We are each unique aspects of the divine pulse and the divine flow.  We are each unique expressions of pure divine wisdom and total unconditional love. 

As divine beings we are transforming reality simply by our existence here.  There is no effort or struggle required.  There is nothing we have to do. 

But, there is so much we are doing. 

When we each consciously awaken to, accept, and embrace our unique divine pulse, we are truly accelerating our experience of and manifesting heaven on earth, right here and now.

When I differentiate my divine self from what is and what has been and I remember that I am a divine presence, I become a new perspective.  I become a new feeling.  All of a sudden, I feel my life!   I feel the flowers, the trees, my loved ones, my world and I sense the beauty that is and has been.  I see the love, the joy, and the majesty that is within me and within all that is.  I feel the love, the wisdom, the beauty and the joy becoming deeper within me and deeper within all those who are open and wanting to experience all that it is from the place of peace, wisdom and love.    

As a divine presence, I bring new levels of healing wisdom and love into what is and what has been simply by breathing fully and allowing my higher self to come in more fully.  It is the divine pulse of each of us coming into human reality that transforms everything that is and has been.     

If you are coming deeper into your physical and emotional reality right now, know that you are much more.  You are more than what “has been” created here.  You are the unique divine being that is coming in, sensing, feeling, and transforming this reality.     

You are an amazing spirit, a unique divine spark, and a unique divine pulse. 

You are a unique divine being of love and wisdom.

You are an amazing divine being of light.
