The Four-Step Guide To Self-Healing ^SM is based on The Four-Step Healing Process ^SM that I have created and used personally and professionally with wonderful success for many years.

The guide is divided into different sections. The first section is a series of personal questions about your symptom or issue. It helps you to get clear on what specifically you feel is the problem and it helps you get clear on what the external world thinks is the problem. A few other questions in this section help you to get clear about what you sense around your symptom and what you want with regard to your healing. This section helps you to get clear on your issue and your intent around your issue.

The second section is the actual Four-Step Healing Process ^SMThe process is four direct questions that you ask based on the following beliefs: Your symptoms are consciousness and as consciousness they speak to you. You are a conscious being in relationship with your symptom. You are a divine being in human form with access to divine consciousness, wisdom, and love and with this information, you have the ability to create divine healing, peace, harmony, joy, well-being.

The third section is The Three-Step Healing Review ^SMThe review itself is three questions that clarify your emotion, thought, and spirit around your symptom/issue. The review is often a follow-up to the Four-Step Healing Process ^SM but it can be a quick guide when you just want to get a quick review of what is going in within your symptom or issue.

The fourth section is the follow-up section that you can fill out whenever you want to monitor your change, progress, healing, and also add feedback if you want.

My intention with this guide is to share my passion around self-healing. I have used this process personally and professionally to move through headaches, sore throats, ear aches, shoulder pains, elbow pains, wrist and hand pains, chest pains, solar plexus pressures, abdomen pains, hip pains, hamstring pains, knee pains, calf pains, ankle and feet pains. I have also used this process to work through mental and emotional issues such as fear, trauma, being overwhelmed, confused, lost, depressed, angry, dealing with intense change, and much more. I have used this process to work with energies around me in relationships, family dynamics, society, business, and more. I have used this process to work with spiritual issues, past-life, childhood memories, time and space issues, genetic issues, and much more.
