Lesson One

Listen To The Voice Inside

Often times when you hear that voice inside your head that says "no, don’t do it," do you listen?

What about when that voice says, "yes, this will work fine,” do you trust it?

The voice of wisdom inside is often called your intuition, your higher self, or your divine guidance.

This voice of wisdom often guides you to what is in your highest and best interest when you listen to it.

--The key to this lesson is to listen.--

Should you always follow the voice inside?

No, not all voices are from wisdom. Some voices are from fear, old patterns, and old beliefs.

Many voices are no longer relevant, necessary, or helpful to you now.

You don’t have to follow the voices that you hear. It is the ability to listen that is invaluable.

The key to this lesson is to listen to each voice and hear it, respect it, and get to know it clearly when it speaks to you.

Expect The Unexpected

Sometimes the voice is not what you think.

Sometimes the voice is not you, and not your truth in the moment.

Often times the voice is what you are holding inside that is from the past, or from a patterned way of being.

If the voice is not you, not your truth, and not in your highest and best interest, you can still acknowledge it.

It is coming into your awareness for a reason.

Listen to it and see what it has to say.

Voices Of Fear

If the voice is from an old place of fear, then you can help the fear to relax.

Make sure you open to your love and compassion.

Your old energies are able to come into the wisdom of the moment easier when you open to your love and compassion.

When you come from love and compassion, you make the moment safe for your old energies to come up, be heard, and heal.

Voices Of Wisdom

You have voices of wisdom.

Open your heart.

Attune to your wisdom.

Listen.

When a voice is from wisdom, you can feel it.

Trust your self.

Embrace your wisdom.

Accept your flow.

Accept your wisdom.

Trust what you know.

Quick Summary

You have many voices within you.

You have voices from your body, emotions, mind, and spirit.

Take the time to listen to your voices.

Some voices are from your old ways of survival and fear.

Some voices are from your wisdom, your true self, and your divine intuition.

Respect all your voices.

All voices have a reason for coming up and talking to you when they do.

Lesson One Exercise

Take a moment and be with your self.

Create a quiet, calm, and peaceful place inside and tune in.

Ask your self questions.

Listen to your answers.

  • Is there a voice inside you that has something to say?

  • Is there a voice coming from fear?

  • Is there a voice coming from wisdom?

  • How are you responding to your inner voice?

  • How is that voice responding back to your response to it?

Take a moment and play with this level of communication within your self.

Write down any information that you get.

Share your dialogue with someone you trust and see what they get.

The Next Level

Outside Voices

You can access voices from outside your self too!

When you tune into a voice, ask if the feeling, sense, message, tug, pull, or intuitive voice is coming from within you or from outside you.

Energies from outside the self work the same way.

You can tune in, listen, ask questions, respect the answers, identify your reactions, express your voice, and continue in dialogue with all energies outside your self, just like you can with the energies inside your self.

You can communicate with your body, emotions, mind, and spirit, and you can communicate with the voices from other physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual beings around you as well.

Bonus Reminders

  • Listening is the first step.

  • Listening to each energy message is different than acting on the message. When opening to information from places unfamiliar, remember you don’t have to do anything or take any action, unless it feels in divine alignment with you.

  • Attuning to your body, emotion, mind, and spirit can be confusing and overwhelming at times. If you have a question, be direct! Ask to know the source. Ask to know the intent of the voice, energy, or message you are getting.

  • When you identify the source and the intention of your voice (or energy message) you get a better awareness of the truth.

  • From a place of truth, you know with clarity what (if any) action to take.
