Pain and suffering, we can’t stop it.  

We can move through it to become free.

 

Awaken from darkness. Begin to see.

We are more than past experience. We are here to be.

 

Resistance is discomfort.  Moving through is flow. 

Open to it all and truly let go.

 

Sense all rhythms. Intention the flow.

Open to divine wisdom and truly know.

We can move through and free the self.

We can heal all and know divine bliss.
